“Balma Building Services were brilliant for our house refurbishment in Hither Green, Lewisham. It was my Wife and I's first house refurbishment, so was close to our heart to succeed. Joe Stammers is very personal, with a great "Get the Job done" mentality and commercial reasoning gets the project to work for his clients. I work for a major London residential property developer and think the quality of finish was fantastic. I would highly recommend Balma Building Services.”

“Studio 212.eu Drew interior design specific drawings for our currently on going extension to our home in Chislehurst. I was extremely refreshed by how the initial meeting with them opened up my eyes to how we could utilise our space to maximum. After the drawings were done we got 4 possible options to choose from. They were available with patients to answer any questions, especially for me as I am poor at understanding architectural drawings. They made it easy for me to visualise the end product. It was definitely worth our money. Approachable architects that I’d not hesitate to recommend.”

“We used these guys for a kitchen conversion and full garden digout & build. They were brilliant throughout, very trustworthy and quick to react, managed our expectations well. Unexpected extras were no problem and they were always the lowest quote when shopping around. We ended up with a great finish. These guys are mostly Lithuanians and probably the hardest workers I've ever seen, almost embarrassing, I asked my kid not to watch them so that he's not disappointed in my own efforts.”

“We had an extension made in 2008 and all our bathrooms were remodelled. New wires and plumbing on large parts of the house and a new heatingsystem . The previous foundations on the existing extension had to beredug ( deeper ). Earl & Calam did a highly professional job and the standard of work was very high and above all the quality. It has really 8 years later stood the test of time. Throughout the process the communication was good, when a problem arose ( as it does when doing massive buildingwork) a solution was found. The carpentry skills were to a high standard and their contacts in subcontracting other skilled professionals were good too so the plumber was great, the decorator, the specialist flooring guys. Not only did they do an amazing job with my stone floor but I had this beautiful reclaimed herring bone parquet flooring that arrived in dirty minute pieces that were later magically transformed into my beautiful polished floor. They are great with smart storage solutions. One of the bathrooms the architect had designed but the other one Earl& Calam designed for me and it is great. Would def recommend and use again”

“Can fully recommend Matthew and his firm. From start to finished they have exceeded our expectations, both in terms of the quality of the workmanship, and in terms of the attentiveness and flexibility as the project developed. We always felt that Aesir were working with us to achieve our vision. When we finally moved back into our completely extended and renovated home, it was pristine, immaculate and of a superb standard. After a couple of bad experiences in the past with contractors, our anxieties were soon put aside as Aesir reassuringly exceeded the terms of their contract to absorb all of the unforeseen difficulties and decisions we encountered along the way. Great work guys. Massive thanks (again).”

“This building firm is really down to earth. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. From Dinta and Niraj”
