“We absolutely love our new kitchen!! The design was exactly what we had in mind but David gave a few suggestions which we hadn’t thought of and it turned out even better. The fitting was fast (about 3-4 days as it’s a small kitchen) and the lads were really tidy and respectful of the rest of our house. To be honest we could have paid double the price elsewhere and not got the care, service and design ideas from Cook & Baker - I definitely recommend speaking to David if you want a great kitchen at a fair price! - Laura & Brett”

Not just that, the title by definition leaves the owner Paul O'Brien a lot to live up to. Now when people are looking to spend money on their kitchen there are a couple of facts we need to consider. “Art House Creative Interiors designed and installed our kitchen. They worked to a very high standard and were both imaginative and practical in accommodating our needs and desires. Julie, with whom we worked more closely, paid close attention to detail whilst not losing sight of our overall objectives. Julie was also mindful of any budgetary constraints or issues. The design and installation teams worked well in tandem with our builders to ensure all was as it should be for fitting. The end product is fabulous and we are delighted with it. There have been a few minor glitches since installation, which have been dealt with swiftly and pleasantly - which is also an important aspect of the service.”

At our first meeting I immediately found him to be friendly, approachable and a dedicated professional with many years of experience in the design and fitting of interiors. Following our initial discussions regarding ideas and budget he quickly produced a detailed plan of the new kitchen. This was both stylish and practicable. I was impressed by his attention to detail. Rob had incorporated all I had requested as well as providing solutions to problems I had not even considered. He carefully guided me through product selection that was available from the comprehensive range contained within his numerous catalogues. In addittion he assisted me with sourcing specialist items, for example, the arctic white glass splash backs used instead of tiles, plinth lighting etc. At no time did Rob pressure me into increasing my costs. I believe that due to all his efforts and support, throughout the whole process, Rob installed me a bespoke kitchen, of the best quality possible within the agreed budget. With each consultation my confidence in Rob Increased. From start to finish his commitment and enthusiasm for my project was completely exclusive and genuinely inspired. He commenced and completed on the agreed dates and made the whole experience worry free. To employ Rob was definitely one of my better life choices. I am now thoroughly enjoying my new kitchen, which due to the quality of its manufacture and professional installation I fully expect to continue enjoying for many years to come. “NMB transformed our kitchen for us. They fitted a brand new kitchen and were really helpful with advice on particular products, in particular the quartz worktop which I love. They also fitted new doors, windows, radiators, lights and flooring. They kept spot on to schedule and it was very efficient (no leaving us with no builders for days on end as I've experienced previously with other companies). They left everything really tidy at the end of the day and helpfully left the cooker and fridge in a usable condition for as long as possible as they were conscious we had young kids and couldn't do without a fridge for long! Nev was really helpful designing the kitchen and was patient with me while I kept changing my mind! The quality was very high and all my friends comment how nice it is.”

“We first spoke with Ricky at Richards & Richards in March of 2019, and were immediately impressed by the way that he and all the other staff treated us. He came out, measured up, taking into account what we were looking for at that time. He came up with ideas that we had not considered, and invited us back to the showroom after a week or so to see the 3D designs, which helped us to visualise the look of our new kitchen. Both my wife & I were absolutely amazed by how he had managed to make our kitchen look so different and so much bigger. There was absolutely no hard sell whatsoever! We threw Ricky a number of ‘Curve Balls’ resulting in him having to amend his design…….yet again. To say that he has the patience of a saint is an understatement! I cannot say how pleased we were with the way that the installation was organised and project managed. We knew exactly what was being done, by who and on what days. Everyone who worked on our project was courteous and respectful of our property, it was a messy job but they kept it to a minimum and always cleaned up every day. The quality of workmanship carried out and quality of materials is fantastic. Rick who did the installation was fabulous, nothing was too much trouble for him. No job goes without hitches and problems, it is how a company deals with them that shows how good it’s service is, and R&R get 10 out of 10 in respect of this.
