“I used the Fulham branch of John Lewis of Hungerford to design, supply and fit a new kitchen in summer 2016 and was very happy with the experience. I already had a fairiy clear idea of the overall design I wanted but my project manager Rebecca was very helpful and patient in making recommendations and finalising details, changing the plans numerous times until I was completely happy. Her communication was excellent throughout, both by phone and email. The kitchen was delivered on time and the fitting was carried out quickly and professionally, with just a handful of minor snags which were resolved quickly and without quibble. The quality of the kitchen is very good - it feels solid and looks expensive - and the price compared well with other mid-range companies I looked at. I saved money by buying my worktop and appliances elsewhere - JLH were happy for me to do that and there was no "hard sell". Overall both the kitchen itself and the project management were very good and I would recommend both JLH and Rebecca at Fulham in particular.”

I shopped around and engaged with a number of local companies but within the first 20 minutes of dealing with Ali Sheikh of Classic Kitchens, I knew I was going to give him the instruction without prices even being mentioned at that stage. He made me and my girlfriend feel at ease, he was professional yet friendly and warm, we hit it off instantly. His knowledge base and opinions were very assured and Ali has a way of articulating why certain choices, my choices, were not appropriate for the space I was working with. He took the time to understand how we use our kitchen and designed it accordingly to our needs, I really didn't think there was that much level of detail involved in designing a kitchen. We were given plenty of excellent examples of works to help crystallize our final design, from styles to colour to types of handles. Honestly there was too much choice. The part of the process I enjoyed the most was having a 1-1 meeting in Ali's office. We were shown what our new kitchen was going to look like on a live 3D animated drawing. We then fleshed out the design by going around his showroom, feeling and touching the various handles, work surfaces, taps and sinks. We left the completely buzzing about our choices. I splashed out and went for a wonderful wide and deep black granite sink, hot tap (everyone needs one of these in their lives) and waste inskinerator. The install was carried out by a very capable fitter, Louie, who is a credit to the Classic Kitchens team. The end result is a kitchen we are so very happy with and extremely proud of. We love having people and are genuinely complimented with how wonderful it looks and feels now. We love being in there and we love using it. I have recommended Classic Kitchens now to 4 close friends and every time I have done so, I've had nothing but amazing feedback and thanks for the recommendation, and I will continue to do so in the future. He checked and double checked with our builders, that they had laid the service pipes and electrics in the correct places before installation of my new kitchen.
