“I have hired Wilco Bos for major projects, but recently I put Wilco and team to work for a project that I consider to me more on the minor end. I wanted a simple, cost-effecting solution for adding under-cabinet lighting to my kitchen. Wilco recommended a wonderful solution that met both my aesthetic and economic desires. He recommended that we put the lights on a dimmer so that my wife and I could control the ambiance. The ability to see beyond what I have asked for is one of the reasons I love working with Wilco. “Services provided: Lori created a design portfolio to 'renew' our main living and dining rooms that are both open to a gourmet kitchen. The portfolio included paint ideas for the walls, drapery suggestions and furniture ideas including placement. I loved all of her suggestions. The beautiful part was finally working with the black granite I already had and complementing it instead of working against it. I now have two beautiful rooms and a kitchen that looks like it belongs! I also appreciated Lori's thoughts on where to purchase furniture. She did not require I shop at only 'name brand' stores but instead be open with many venues. This has allowed our home to have an eclectic look that feels planned not haphazard. Lori came in well within our budget guidelines and completed our renewal in a timely manner, working with our schedule completely.”

“Quality Renovations and Home Services, LLC took the home inspection report from my home purchase and brought everything up to date and code. I had my whole interior repainted, a new furnace and AC unit installed, new storm doors, Radon elimination system installed and numerous other projects. The subcontractors were good, quick and clean. Mr. Dion was there a lot to oversee all the projects as well as explain and bring me up to date on everything. The contract and all paperwork was done professionally and clearly. I would highly recommend Quality Renovations.”

“I hired Farrell Construction to remodel my bathroom to make it handicap accessible for my child. They took out the tub and put in a zero gravity threshold floor that sloped down towards the shower drain. It is so much easier to wheel my daughter's bath chair in and out of her bathroom without having to lift her up now! He also widened the doors to access it and make it a Jack and Jill bathroom. Very high quality craftsmanship and he did a lot of researching ADA compliance prior to beginning construction. It is wonderfully designed. I highly recommend Farell Construction for your remodel needs.”
