“I'm a resident in a 12 townhome "U"-shaped community with a courtyard and two "wing yards" stretching along the public sidewalk. Our landscaping at the beginning of the year (2016) consisted of 15 full grown trees, some shrubs, and struggling ground cover with a great deal of bare areas. The 30-foot trees dominated the landscape, inhibiting plant variety for lack of sunlight. Additionally, when it rained we experienced soil erosion spreading mud over the public sidewalk and courtyard walkway when it rained. This spring we (the townhome owners) decided to contact McAdam Landscaping for a remedy. Our contact person was Scott McAdam who presented us an elegant design. It called for the removal of all but two of the trees, arranging to have Davis Tree Care to handle that aspect (which they did very professionally), and the substitution of six ornamental trees and a wonderful variety of shrubs, conifers, perennials and ground cover laid out in a flowing, very aesthically-pleasing arrangement. The graphic plan placed little demand on us to envision what it would look like in the end. Scott worked with us to make a few minor adjustments that reduced the cost appreciably without departing from the overall design, displaying patience as we worked through the cumbersome internal process of deliberation, approval and payment collection. The plan was approved by the owners of all 12 townhomes at the very end of August and the job was completed in September. We are quite pleased with the final product. The mud erosion problem has been arrested. A neighbor who is an experienced gardner herself shared this: ""Scott's thoughtful design and vision has brought new energy and fluidity to our community courtyard. The use of native plants addresses our need for a low maintenance, high impact green space pleasing to the eye, and increasing our property value & appearance." Another neighbor added: "I also really appreciate his [Scott McAdam's] attention to color in all seasons. I loved how the bushes and trees turned this fall, and look forward to seeing the colors in the other seasons as well." The frog of a landscape we began the year with has been kissed. It's now a prince.”

“Montano's installed a beautiful unilock Stonehenge paver driveway and walkway for me. Montano ownwership helped me select the type of paver and the color. The Stonehenge paver selected comes in three sizes with a textured side. I let Montano determine the paver design and pattern to use. I was not disappointed. This project replaced an aging red hollandstone driveway/walkway needings repairs. The Stonehenge paver was a substantial upgrade. The brick crew arrived promptly on the jobsite each day. The crew was well organized and it was obvious they were skilled in the paver technology. The crew was very professional and customer focused. The crew was also available to answer any questions and/or concerns I had in a timely manner. Ownership was frequently on the jobsite to ensure the project was flowing smoothly and address any concerns I had from the management perspective. This project weathered the 2014/2015 winter season and still looks brand new today. I also had Montano install a matching paver mailbox the Fall of 2014. The mailbox came out gorgeous. Montano's suggested installing a concrete plaque with my house numbers on the front of the paver mailbox structure. This feature really made the mailbox standout. Montano's is a real professional contractor to work. Together, we developed the scope of the projects. The projects were completed on-time and within budget. I also thought the paver driveway, walkway, and mailbox were fairly priced.”

“We just finished a massive 3500 sq ft project with Brick Logik. Our project consisted of a custom bar area, fire pit, drainage for our pool, seat walls, stairs, led lighting, day bed area, and landscaping. We met with several other companies to design this project including JR's Creative Landscape, C.B. Conlin, CMS Landscape, and O'Donovan Landscape. 3 of those companies gave us design plans prior to us finding Brick Logik. All of the plans were nice but nothing special or unique which is what we were looking for. When we first met Adolfo I had a list of things that I wanted our outdoor space to accomplish such as a bar area, walkway to our spa, covered area for BBQ etc. When Adolfo finished his first design he met with us at our home and showed us his 3D concept which completely blew us away. Everything that we had asked him to accomplish into our design was part of his rendering, but it was even more creative than we could have ever imagined. He even built in elevation changes in our relatively flat back yard. Our project design period took roughly a month but we could tell that Adolfo was going above and beyond to make us something special and unique. He also was patient with us because we kept changing and tweaking things. We probably had a total of 5 meetings before finalizing a design that fit within our budget and signing a contract. Not one time did he act like we were wasting his time or pressure us to sign a contract before he would make more revisions. After calling some of the references provided, all of which had glowing things to say, we decided to choose Brick Logik. Since our project was so large, we had some issues with getting our permitting approved but Adolfo and Alex stuck with us and did everything they could to help us move it along until it finally reached approval. Once we got the permit they set a start date and we were provided a calendar with a day by day agenda on what was to be done. My wife and I have hired lots of contractors before and were never given such a detailed timeline. We actually thought that the timeline seemed impossible to meet because they only factored in 5 weeks, but they were there 10 hours a day and if the weather would not permit working they would come on the weekend to make up the time. They finished the project in exactly 5 weeks. I can honestly say I have never seen a harder working crew of guys, or a crew that took such great pride in the quality of the work they do. They cleaned up after themselves every day and the project was completed without any major roadblocks or setbacks. That being said, we had a couple minor issues. For example, one stair was collecting some rain water because it was not pitched correctly. I told Adolfo about it and instead of dancing around the issue he said don't worry we will fix it. The next day there were 3 guys outside taking out the stair and changing the pitch. I wish more companies were like this. These guys legitimately care about you being satisfied with your experience and the finished product, not just trying to make a quick buck and move on to the next customer. Highly recommend!”
