“We appointed Pehrsson Scott to carry out the design and the construction of our town garden in Hertfordshire. We found Henry and the team to be very responsive and engaging at all times. They listened to our brief and involved us in the design process ensuring we understood every detail and were happy with the design before signing off each stage. They gave us a clear understanding of the costs from the outset and were always approachable and pleasant to deal with once the work began. We were very pleased with the outcome and our garden is now a space which the whole family can enjoy. We look forwards to working with them again in the future.”

Theo came up with the initial design and adjusted where needed and was very knowledgeable with current trends and themes that are representative of the current markets. He created the layout and plantage of the garden which was a complete makeover and transformation. Ethan is incredibly talented at putting the whole piece together and paid attention to the finer details which ultimately ended up creating a masterpiece for my family. “Paul possesses a depth of knowledge, a passion and an eye for detail that is second to none. He took our plot (ugly patio, laid to lawn, patchy and moss ridden) and transformed it into a thing of beauty which takes my breath away daily. He listened carefully to our aspirations and made some detailed notes which he then turned into a design upon which a detailed landscape and planting plan was developed for the landscaping team. Paul was onsite regularly throughout the 3 week project and carried out all of the planting himself. He even popped back to meet with us after completion to hand over and give us all the information and tips we need to maintain our new 'living room'. We are already using it more. The different layers and textures integrate to give a feeling of space and tranquility we never had before. The lighting casts shadows on the house and highlights our feature trees and shrubs which we look forward to watching grow. I've always lived my life at 100mph and Paul has given me something I've never had before; a space to relax and a hobby that I can grow into that brings a new element to my life. I whole-heartedly recommend Paul to anyone considering a garden project.”

“Vicki is an excellent garden designer. She really listened to the brief I gave her and delivered an exceptionally beautiful garden which is easy to maintain but has all the elements which we requested. It has year round colour and interest - which was not easy to achieve considering that we have really poor soil. She never minded if I vetoed a plant suggestion that she had made and always came up with several more possibilities. We get so much pleasure from our garden now and Vicki continues to provide advice and help. I can't rate her highly enough!”

“We hired Nigel from Cityscapers to design and create a completely new large garden following extensive renovations to our suburban home. He worked closely with us to understand our tastes and what we wanted from the garden, paying attention not just to how it would look, but how we would use it and feel in it when completed. Nigel worked hard to reflect the interior and exterior architecture of the house, using flowing lines, slopes and levels to connect spaces and give structure and meaning to the result. He even incorporated a gurgling stream, with particular attention to the perfect selection and placement of rocks. Nigel also patiently went along with our desire to "own" the result by doing much of the planting ourselves, although I'm sure he'd have done a better job himself. The process has felt very "organic", too, with Nigel eschewing noisy and polluting tools where possible, making sure we started composting and encouraging us to get involved. The end result is a garden that's simply a delight to be in, and we're excited to see it mature and develop under Nigel's guidance. I highly recommend Cityscapers for their design vision and flair, their meticulous attention to detail and total fearlessness in the face of some backbreaking work.”

“18 months ago I wanted to change part of my garden which had become overgrown. I decided to contact a young company for ideas , and Stathis suggested that he create a Woodland garden. We discussed a variety of bulbs , ferns , scrubs, and plants that would be appropriate together with a layout. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and I consider it excellent value.”

“We had a fantastic experience working with Jane Ashley. She was professional, transparent on pricing, truly collaborative, and really listened to what we were hoping to achieve. Our small urban garden has been transformed into a secluded, lush haven in a matter of weeks. We were beginners in the garden but Jane never made us feel patronised or out of our depth. Her enthusiasm was contagious and we really love our new garden!”
