“Hardest working guy I ever seen even in the heat. on time, knowledgeable and nice clean up. My only complaint is that he BS ed me about the pump cost, and I got stuck with an over charge for the pump cost, he wasn't truthful Ouch. Still great work, just gouged for the overpriced pump, absolutely, Way overcharged for the pump, and it really hurt me financially.”

“I hired Jay's Property Maintenance 5 years ago after having my yard xeriscaped and found out that most yard services only wanted to edge, mow and go. My yard required a maintenance company that would specialize the care to the type of plants I had, and I found that with Jay. Over time, Jay xeriscaped more of front and backyard. He was very knowledgeable of the plants and placement in my yard to create a beautiful and eco-friendly landscape. His installations were done professionally, quickly and guaranteed. When you meet, Jay it is clear that he wants to give you the best landscape on the market. Over the years any concerns or requests were always met in a friendly and timely manner. “Moving to a new tone it is hard not to be taken advantage of by businesses. When we needed our 8 Palm trees tended to I looked in the phone book and the prices I was quoted by various companies were house payments!! Charles Duff and his wife, Sherry came by with a flyer for my door. I happened to be home and thus I spoke with them. Right away I was impressed with their honesty! Their prices were so affordable they were working for me that same day! This was three years ago. I have referred several of my friends and neighbors as they are wonderful, hard working people who actually go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied! We need more companies with the ethics of Transformed Tree Service!”
