“I highly recommend Certa Pro Painters, owner Soumil Amin. Soumil's crew (foreman, Everardo) is the best painting crew I have ever worked with. They just finished painting my parent's 2 story victorian (12 foot ceilings, full attic, full basement) whose exterior had been neglected for almost 2 decades and they did an outstanding job. The house is now elegantly beautiful again and the work was done with such care from Everardo that I'm sure the paint will last my lifetime (I am 62 1/2 years old). Everardo and his crew were courteous, respectful, hard working and trustworthy. He came through on every work he said he would do and his attention to detail is remarkable. He assisted my husband in some of the carpentry required to restore missing wood and molding and the two of them have made the house a joy to behold. I first met with Kevin, estimator, who gave me the best possible bid. If anyone needs a paint job I highly recommend Certa Pro Painters, namely Soumil Amin, owner, 925.787.1843. “I had the pleasure of working with MB Jesse when I needed a highly skilled painter to complete the Master Bath at The 2011 San Francisco Decorators Showcase after a major gut and remodel. We had new paint grade built-ins and trim throughout the room that needed to be sprayed PERFECTLY along with a ceiling done in a high gloss paint, which can be unforgiving. The crew exceeded my expectations. The finish was flawless-----like reflective glass---just the way I envisioned and hoped for. They are the consummate professionals and a pleasure to work with. They make an Interior Designer's work and specifications come to life! If your project requires a 5 STAR painter, Matt Jesse and his crew is all you will need.”

“Level Five Painting did an outstanding job on our two story home in Berkeley, California. Prior to bidding Juan Cerritos carefully reviewed all surface materials and conditions, recommended top-of-the-line sealant for joints between stucco and wood surfaces, and proposed adding weep holes at deck railings after repainting to improve drainage. The crew assigned to the job, Javier and Marvyn, were prompt every day, worked very hard and were always courteous. They were very thorough in their prep work and the application of finish coats to insure long-term integrity of the job. Level Five sets the highest bar for quality and customer satisfaction!”

“There are a few key reasons I chose Bruce and the Local Color team and I am very happy that I did. I wanted my old victorian to be restored, not just painted. Restoring is more expensive because it's significantly more work to strip off old paint and putty up cracks and old nail holes. Bruce was able to work within the budget and focused on restoring the most visible areas for maximum benefit. Bruce was fair and reasonable working through scope changes, as they always seem to do with me. With years and years of paint removed, I can see detail in the front facade that I never noticed before. The whole house looks amazing and I know it will last because the prep work has been done right. I like the small team who have been with Bruce for many many years. They are so attentive to detail and have a strong personal investment in the job they are doing. The small Local Color team different from a larger company that's more interested in getting in and out quickly while controlling costs. Rolando is an excellent site manager and they are all just really nice guys too. Bruce has a great reputation with and helped manage connections to various other proprietors required for the process including: carpentry, victorian restoration, colorist, and roofing.”
