“We have used CertaPro painters for two jobs and will use them again. Our most recent experience was a detailed interior job in our Edwardian house. Just like they did when they painted the exterior some time ago they were great. Our initial contact was George who gave us a detailed explanation of the scope and sequence of the job. He and Jessica helped us make color choices and were very patient throughout the process supplying samples that were applied to the walls that helped us "see" how it would look. As with our last experience Humberto was the lead painter. He and his team were punctual, fastidious, hard working, and did an excellent job. The office communicated clearly with us and were responsive to all of our inquiries. When working with contractors we have found that going with a higher bid does not guarantee satisfaction. With CertaPro we found the balance of value, good work for a fair price. This is an honest and professional company. We have received a lot of compliments on their work. We would highly recommend them and would use their services again.”

Prior to bidding Juan Cerritos carefully reviewed all surface materials and conditions, recommended top-of-the-line sealant for joints between stucco and wood surfaces, and proposed adding weep holes at deck railings after repainting to improve drainage. The crew assigned to the job, Javier and Marvyn, were prompt every day, worked very hard and were always courteous. They were very thorough in their prep work and the application of finish coats to insure long-term integrity of the job. Level Five sets the highest bar for quality and customer satisfaction!”

“There are a few key reasons I chose Bruce and the Local Color team and I am very happy that I did. I wanted my old victorian to be restored, not just painted. Restoring is more expensive because it's significantly more work to strip off old paint and putty up cracks and old nail holes. Bruce was able to work within the budget and focused on restoring the most visible areas for maximum benefit. Bruce was fair and reasonable working through scope changes, as they always seem to do with me.
With years and years of paint removed, I can see detail in the front facade that I never noticed before. The whole house looks amazing and I know it will last because the prep work has been done right.
I like the small team who have been with Bruce for many many years. They are so attentive to detail and have a strong personal investment in the job they are doing. The small Local Color team different from a larger company that's more interested in getting in and out quickly while controlling costs. Rolando is an excellent site manager and they are all just really nice guys too.
Bruce has a great reputation with and helped manage connections to various other proprietors required for the process including: carpentry, victorian restoration, colorist, and roofing.”
