Debbie Hoare at LSO took my domestic ideas and developed them in a way a could never have imagined. I found her to be very professional and excellent at offering practical and workable solutions. He provided an excellent service, his design found a solution to a layout problem we'd been unable to fathom ourselves and we are very happy with the outcome. “We undertook a massive extension and renovation project of a 1911 arts and crafts house. We were keen to incorporate eco-design elements and we were referred to Chris Rogers and GTA by our environmental consultant. From our first meeting to completion of the project Chris went above and beyond. Always coming up with good ideas that fitted our specifications. Always quick to suggest sensible solutions to problems as they arose. Always available and an invaluable point of contact between us and the contractors on site. He took us through design and planning permission, tendering, refining the scope of the works and finalising the contract with the main contractor, the build itself, snagging...everything! Our build was between July 2016 and April 2017 and I don't think we would have managed it without Chris on the team. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Chris for projects big and small (and in fact have already recommended him to friends embarking on their own projects).”

“Philip was from the first appointment the architect for us, this being our first large renovation it was important to get things right. Philip was enthusiastic, full of great ideas and also listened to our requirements out of the project. He was very quick to send through computer images that we could add notes for him to edit which he completed the same day, a total of 7 drafts were done until we applied for planning which we achieved first time! Would 100% recommend. Adrian”

“The service we received was exceptional. Simon was professional, knowledgeable, and listened to exactly what we wanted to do. He ensured every aspect of our project was dealt with, from start to finish, smoothly and efficiently. He took all the stress out of every step of the process. Once we were ready to proceed he had recommendations and ideas of where and who we could contact, to help us get the building work underway. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We would highly recommend Design Solutions and would certainly use them again if we required any further work.”

“After being disappointed with the first architect we appointed, we turned to A&M who designed us an amazing garden room extension that we able to use 12-months a year. A&M provided a professional design and build management service that took all the pressure and stress out of the build process, which we valued enormously. We would thoroughly recommend A&M.”
