HOA forms, approval, fabrication - it was all seamless to us. The installers arrived and had the door put in within about 5-6 hours. They were EXTREMELY clean! They hung drop cloths and it seemed they vacuumed their mess every 30 minutes or so. The quality of the door and the install are an A+. My wife and I practically stood in our foyer the rest of the day just staring at the new door. It was a big expense for us, our expectations were high, and it was worth every penny!
