“Firstly a massive thank you the team at KCA for all their help and walking us the through the process step by step from initial concepts through to the final installment. They made the whole process stress free for ourselves working with our builders to ensure everything was ready for the kitchen install with all the wiring and plumbing exactly where it needed to be. We are so pleased with our kitchen and the way it blends in with our open plan area at the heart of the house. Another massive thank you goes out to our Fitter from KCA - Matt, he was so hard working and professional throughout the install. He kept us informed through the process on what was happening and always tidied up after himself. He took the time at the end of the install to talk through how everything worked and that we were happy with the installation. A special mention to Katie who managed the whole project for us, having visited a few kitchen planners, Katie at KCA was the one we felt really understood what we were looking to do but also had lots of ideas and suggestions for things we had not thought of which made our kitchen even better. Thank you so much Katie, Matt and the rest of the team at KCA, would highly recommend you all.”

“Two Guys were professional and helpful from start to finish. Heather fully explained the options available to us on her visit to our property and during our follow up visit to the showroom. Bruce and Maggs visited us before work started and explained the timescales and programme and answered thoroughly our questions. Bruce was meticulous and attended to every detail during the project. The plumbers, electricians, floor laying, worktops, all very helpful. We were very pleased with the quality of the finishes.”

“My wife and I looked at many kitchen manufacturers / retailers from mainstream to independent, and it was amazing the varying levels of customer service (good and bad) and sales techniques we experienced. With a kitchen being a major investment, we wanted to find the right retailer. Then we met Simon and Rubina at Zara Kitchens, who are firstly, very nice people, they listened to our requirements, were very patient with us due to the never ending design changes, endless questions and even switching of kitchen manufacturers half way through the process. I lost count how many different quotes we ended up with, until we were both happy and able to proceed. We had a couple of supply issues, Simon dealt with these with no hesitation, you could tell providing excellent customer service is what Zara Kitchen Design strives for. I would not hesitate to recommend Zara Kitchens to anyone looking to purchase a new kitchen, customer service is great and the installation process is the best I've ever experienced (Matt was just exemplary in his approach to installation). Overall, a very happy customer!”
