“Our conservatory included a kitchen, dining room/lounge with no doors & a plastic roof so we were very cold in the winter. We contacted Building Tectonics who transformed our uncomfortable space into a very light garden room by taking the walls down between the kitchen & dining room/lounge & adding a proper roof. We now enjoy cooking, eating & relaxing in a great open space”

“We employed Christine Peever to provide us with architectural services to renovate a 4 storey property dating back to 1912. The property was in a very poor state and we had no experience of such a project. Christine was an excellent listener to our needs and I felt she understood our strengths and weaknesses as her clients and adapted herself to us both as individuals to create our vision. Her note taking was faultless and she carried out all changes with exactness and efficiency, of which there were many! We also have to thank her for her endless patience during the decision making processes. She pushed us hard to make as many decisions as possible before going out to tender and this has inevitably assisted us with keeping our budget under control. We look forward to welcoming her back to the property shortly so that she can see what she helped us to create.”

“Janet from Studio Lunet has been working with us for the past 18 months on the interior design of our home renovation and I genuinely couldn’t recommend her more! Her creative use of our space, the detail in the design and the boldness of the end result is way beyond what we could ever have imagined. On top of that she is an absolute joy to work with, no question goes unanswered, budgets are always taken into consideration and she gave us the odd creative push when needed! I think so much of their work that not only would I use them again without hesitation but I have also introduced them to several friends who they are now working with - Thanks Janet!!”

“Simon the owner of Devlin Architects is not an ordinary square box Architect. He designs really cool concepts taking your vision to reality. He is very professional yet friendly. He is organised and things like drawings, invoices etc are all version controlled etc. I had needs for a wheelchair user and he made my extension a dream come true. There were changes, tweaks and nothing was too much. My only reason for 4stars is Project Management. This isn't always clear from the package so clarify expectations. Equally I am a control freak so may have involved myself more than needed. Simon's ideas are awesome but remember cool designs can stretch budget - so be clear on your priority as Simon will help you achieve it.”

“Anthony of Inhabit Architecture provided a very high quality service when we required an architect to assist in a reworking of the ground floor of our semi detached. He was methodical in his approach and helped us develop the design that we were seeking by providing options and helping guide towards an effective design. He took on board almost throw-away comments and integrated them into the solution to ensure that even the smaller considerations were incorporated. We also requested a Project Management service and that helped reduce our stress levels during the build. The work completed on time and as expected. There were a couple of contingency costs but nothing that we could have expected Inhabit to predict. Every visitor praises the layout and the quality of our house. I would recommend Inhabit Architecture very strongly.”
