You can find the information you are looking for in a couple of different ways depending on how you are using Houzz. If you are on a computer, click on the green "more info" link. wow stellahome, what a grand house and entrance! I'm intrigued! Do you have many original features left in the house? servant bells maybe? :) Post some pictures for us! I am very familiar with lassco, in fact I currently live 5 mins away from there, and pop in often, they have many wonderful items which really enhance an old house. Took a couple of more pictures today of the dresser, as even though it looks very worn, look at the dovetail joint details! They certainly don't make them like this anymore (unless you pay a hefty price for it!)

Entirely depends on the stairs and what's under there. We live in a really old cottage and have a dog leg staircase with a half landing like that, which is also in the kitchen. On the edge of ours is a supporting wall for the landing. ( I'm a little intrigued as to what's holding yours up. ) Here' it is when i was renovating last year. I think, that if you ever decide to have a new kitchen, then i'd work with the space as it is, completely change the layout and design so that you work with it instead of against it, & build it in to the design. For now, i'd just go with what's been suggested above.

Hi - bit late to the party - sorry ! But just popping on to say you don’t seem to have any decor end panels anywhere?! You’ll need those on this range as the fascia is longer than the cabinets, so looks odd without them . Most regulars on Houzz forum will know what I’m about to say next - please be careful with seating behind a hob - hot slashes can cause burns.
