New house with BIG ides

We are going to be doing a big remodel of the back of our new house. Building an extension, knocking down walls and making a big kitchen, dining and living area, with a conservatory off the dining area. The living area will be tucked away around the corner but will 'part' of the open plan. There's so much scope and we have some ideas of what we like, but really need help planning out where to put things, especially in the kitchen and budgeting! It's tight. Any photo ides of what others have done, or suggestions massively welcome. I'll definitely do a before, during(?) and after.
