Help with awkward bathroom - low sink & tap??

We have a funny shaped bathroom and had thought we'd cracked the layout by deciding to put the vanity in the bay window, only to find we probably don't have enough height. We have 900mm to fit vanity, sink and tap. We can't go above this as the window is a tilt and turn which must be able to be swung fully open for fire safety so the tap can't obstruct it. Anyone know of any sink and tap combinations that could help? Thanks in advance!
