Can you tell me what are the color is the countertop and cabinets?

I have pecan colored cherry wood cabinets and brown and cream tile floor.

This kitchen is a transitional design set up in our showroom in Scottsdale. The cabinets are actually Birch wood with a Walnut stain. Birch isn't typically my first choice, but it works good and comes at an excellent price point. The counters are called Giallo Quarry. It's a Silestone (brand) material (quartz) sold by Cosentino.

It's very rare for us to use a busy Silestone with a raised panel door. The Giallo material is a quartz masquerading as a natural stone and, in my opinion, doesn't look as good as a real natural stone would...granite for example. It sounds like you've got a more traditional color scheme and door style, in which case I would recommend granite over quartz. Natural stones tend to compliment traditional design better than quartz.

Now when it comes to contemporary, Silestone is king. They have a ton of solid colors and materials that work great with the simple, clean lined approach of contemporary (I'll attach a couple pictures). These are not "hard rules," just the averages. 90% of the Silestone I use is in a contemporary design.

The exceptions are transitional design (in between contemporary and traditional). And sometimes clients just prefer Silestone...chef's in particular...they say it's better to cook on (not sure if I believe that, but it seems worth passing on).

I am having White under counter basin . I want basin counter , floor and shower bench to be of same colour marble but different colour from my beige Parleto wall. Please suggest colour . Do you mean White Carara Italian marble ? What is Ceasarstone Eggshell ? I have put my wall marble tiles in horizontal pattern . There will be no wooden cabinets in the bath. Hi, I would steer away from white. I am in similar situation like you and am an interior designer. There are lots of options but the one I'm more inclining to (in your case) is light grey like Farrow & Ball Pavilion Gray for example. It's pale but has a hint of grey tone in it which would create a really nice contrast between the warmth of the cherry wood. Also if you are using the top a lot, I'm using mine all the time, have you perhaps considered having a glass top? My top got really badly damaged by a oven cleaner gel when I put the tray on it and the whole surface just peeled off. In my case I want to protect it with glass. Just a thought... Ok ... Well you do still need to know what you are doing wherever you live ! Designing homes or rooms within homes is much more than just the ability produce a neat drawing ... Simple things, such as knowing basic size of kitchen cabinetry, is just a tiny part of the knowledge a design professional needs to know, without looking it up ! Knowing how to safely set out a kitchen, bathroom or home is serious stuff - if you don't know what you are doing and work you have done generates an accident or fire, as an example, and someone gets hurt - or worse - just think awful that would be !! Seriously - please get some proper training before you start 'working ' for people ! Just because I can pick up a scalpel and cut paper with it doesn't mean I'm a brain surgeon !

Having looked through your idea book, I would say that 70 percent of the pictured have a similar style to them, broadly speaking. Warmer tones, some darker wood / walnut, many of them handleless. As a next step, I would go back to all the pictures and write down the elements that appeal to you, and be quite specific. If there is one picture that stands out to you as having the right overall balance you can use this as a template when planning your kitchen, even if for example it has shaker doors, but you might want handleless. You also need to consider how the kitchen will look against existing elements in the room, and things you might be planning for the living area. Then consider the practical elements, ie pros and cons of different doors, finishes, worksurfaces etc. Some of this will depend on your circumstances, do you cook a lot, want easy to clean etc? There's lots of articles on Houzz covering that kind of thing. Budget will also play a big part. For my part, I went with a handless German kitchen, with a matt finish with a quartz worktop. I cook a lot and have found this combination very easy to keep clean.
