Need help choosing grout

I need help choosing grout for the plank tile and the rock shower floor.

Here are my choices (see pic).

Should I go light or dark with this porcelain plank flooring? The light colour is CUSTOM Chateau and the darker one is CUSTOM New Taupe.

Any suggestions?

Go dark.

Go with the darker grout. I have light in my shower and though it has held up well, in the area we stand the grout had discolored due to oils etc from our feet.

maria galvano thank you, I love them too and make me smile whenever I look at them, I bought them from a Bedouin woman in Petra (Jordan). They remind me of an amazing trip to Syria and Jordan some years ago, travelling independently using public transport and meeting amazing people along the way, both locals and tourists. Loved Petra so much and the local Bedouin people, went back for a second day to have another look around as well as sit and drink mint tea and listen to amazing stories ... and yes, they make my home feel alive as most things in it have some connection to a life lived. Hi Caro, I have attached two images of wall paper that I think you compliment your kitchen. The green and blues in these wallpapers would harmonise with the existing titles and highlight the height of the room. From your ideas book it seems you like repeat patterns, both of these styles suggest a 60s feel whilst remaining contemporary. As you can see in the second photograph, the pattern and colours sit very well with the dark shiny worktop, similar to the one you mention putting in at a later date. Hi Cath, You really have a lot of choice of colour that you could use in these 2 rooms. Can I recommend that you perhaps do some online research on colour consultants that could work with you to find the colour that works for you and your family, rather than get bogged down with looking at pictures online/pinterest/instagram. North facing hallway need help choosing paint colour

Hi everyone, I live in a rented house and I’ve been given permission from the landlord to paint in ’neutrals’ However I have never really been a fan of grey, but this property is restricted to grey carpets which I will probably stick to as painting is my priority cost now, oh and lighting. I will start purchasing rugs later. I love pale soft and warm colours and I really need to brigten up this hallway its so depressing to see the orange I can not explain despite it being a bright happy colour. Can anyone help? Ive attached a pic of a mood board Ive put together and open for paint suggestions. I need a paint colour that wont pull too grey even though its fighting against the forces of north facing and dark grey carpet.
