What colour walls and curtains?
Comments (11)Have a look at these ready made curtains from John Lewis and Debenhams. They are more contemporary designs but have the terracotta of the darker stripe in your furniture. http://www.johnlewis.com/scion-berry-tree-lined-pencil-pleat-curtains-orange/p769510 http://www.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-passion-flower-lined-pencil-pleat-curtains/p1815720?colour=Orange http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10701_10001_33611+Q183007_-1 If you like one of these curtain designs, pick out one of the lighter beige colours for your walls, keeping the woodwork off-white. Once you've changed the curtains, find a more colourful rug to match or do without a rug altogether. Leave the knobs on the knole sofa in the dark wood. It matches your side table nicely....See MoreWhat colour curtains for living room with teal sofas
Comments (6)We’d definitely recommend plains, patterns come in and out of fashion, whereas colour is timeless. Choosing a plains with a great texture also adds some sophistication. I’d go for oranges and yellows, they’ll really compliment the teal. Here’s a mood board we put together for a customer last week working with yellows Fabric-wise I’d recommend something with structure, wool based fabrics are really coming back in. They’re soft but durable, don’t wear or fade and hang beautifully like a bespoke suit. happy to chat more best Will...See MoreWhat colour curtains and bedding for new bedroom?
Comments (6)I would also go for white bedding but with a bold pattern. For curtains I'd also go for linen, maybe something like the bed head to break up the walls a bit.. I liked this bedside cabinet from John Lewis (2nd pic) but it seemed to clash with the headboard but maybe you can find similar or cheaper ones like I've shown that you can paint in the same navy. I thought a pendant swagged over the bed could look nice? Perhaps add a brass mirror/s between the door and radiator?...See MoreCurtain choice plain or pattern help
Comments (7)Light, neutral and no pattern would be my advice, don’t go with anything too dark or contrasting that will break the room into sections, keep it flowing so possibly something that compliments the wall colour....See Moredaliartfan
