Advice on exterior paint colours please

I would like a mostly white on white look with probably either a dark grey or even black shutters. Because of the existing colour painters say we can't have a pure white as the main colour, something with a little colour in it. We do have resene wan white inside and like it a lot, this might work. But seeking other ideas either Dulux or resene would be easiest thanks

This is from the back where we recently renovated. I like this colour combination but it's just how the board came so not sure what paint would get that effect. And it may look dull on the parts of the house that aren't weatherboard (almost all of it!)

I have similar colour combo kitchen and painted the walls in F&B Light Blue. Looks fab against the cream cabinets, giving a slight vintage feel.

First thing that makes the paper too busy is the stuffed room. So declutter. If nowhere else to put it, find a spacious cupboard/drawers. Paint it Yeabridge Green for example. Don't design around a sofa set you don't like. Find some pillows, rug and blankets that go well with the paper and floor. Make yourself a moodboard with curtains and such and then decide. Here are some F&B paint colors that could work well (I've tried them all, would not advise any other). Personally I like the first three on the left. But haven't seen your room (and taste), so no further suggestions..

Thank you for taking the time to comment. we couldn't make a decision so went with a quick creamy white paint. I'm not sure what I think of it yet or whether it's because the ceiling and woodwork are brilliant white still? Should the ceiling be the same colour? Any suggestions to improve?? I think a feature wall would be good. Do you think the farrow and ball cornforth white would be ok for maybe the fireplace wall and window wall or the back wall maybe? The 2 seater is going in our extension and I'm thinking a single arm chair in grey or cream with a footstool would be better for space and comfortable for all the newborn feeds and long nights ahead. The other end of the room will be a dining table. Again, I'm yet to find one so if you have suggestions they would be greatly appreciated. It's not the biggest space and would have to be no longer than 160 or an extending one. I like the wood/black metal look or wood/cream- love the darker wood top (see pics) and a bench one side would be great. I gave been looking for a while and every time I see one I like it's just too big. Thanks again x

White render with black wood work, dress up with lots of plants. A house near us had unpainted render and brown paintwork..its been painted white with black woodwork, looks fantastic with lots of plants around it. We painted our house render with sandtex Xtreme xposure paint 6 years ago, it still looks like new despite being in an exposed position on a Scottish island. Would recommend this!

That looks a lot darker than it actually is. Closer to this one which I love but again may need weatherboard to be interesting..
