Cost of new bathroom products and installation

Hi there,

I've been going back and forth, from one builder to b and q and then back again! What is the average cost of a small bathroom in London/Surrey borders? My original builder quoted me £6500 including vat for ideal standard, 3 walls tiled, floor tiled etc. Is that expensive or okay? I went to b and q for different quotation and got a lot cheaper but their installation costs were astronomical so ended up being £8k anyway!

I'm getting more and more confused as the days go by especially when people say "oh I got mine done for £3.5k!"


any advice welcome!
