Have decided on a pale green by Albany called Seafoam. It is quite light so I can always go darker. Not really into matching bedding fabric to wallpaper but will enjoy picking up the accent colours to be found in the paper as a whole. I remembered today that I actually had a beautiful green on walls of my first studio flat over a decade ago - how could I forget my first love!! Thank you all v.much and yes will update with pics.

Work finally finished. Still to put stuff on the shelves etc but after months of living in a building site we are getting there! Went for white behind the shelves and putting the colour in the sofa and cushions instead. Photo as promised. I need advice on a rug but will post separately as I am unsure if these updates bump the post up the list or not.

Beautiful room you have but if I were to choose a feature wall of any sort I would definitely play it safe and maybe go with a soft pattern the goes with your bed. Maybe light grey, baby blue or leaves, here’s some images which kinda visualise what I mean. :-) If it was gonna be leaves I would recommend more bluish then green unlike the photo below.
