We will soon be moving house and this is the main bathroom. I'm not a big fan of where the sink and toilet is... can you pout a bath/shower under the window? is there a better way to utilise space?
It's hard to say without seeing where the soil pipe is as the w/c would have to be moved. In theory yes the bath (subject to width of room) can go under the window allowing the w/c to be moved down and the basin can go next to it. It would be a nicer layout as you could then have a mirror above the basin.
You are welcome. You can put the bath by the window, its just being aware that the window sill may get a little wet but as long as the tile on the bottom of the window sill is fitted at a slight angel so that the water runs back into the bath there shouldn't be a problem. Also fitting an extractor fan will help with possible moisture problems.
I have attached some renders from a recent job we have done with the bath under the window.
