I am curious who makes the flooring materials for this project

I am having a pool refurbish done and I am struggling to find a travertine tile solution that is not too slippery for a pool application like this. Please help

Hi Juan,

The stone in question is Jerusalem Gold, a limestone, not travertine. It comes without the polished finish if you want. You would have to work with your stone supplier to get the slip resistance that you need to use it by a pool.

Product Design - best subject ever ;) As to your project - are you talking about a permanent fixture or something that could be mobile? Who are you aiming this product at - people who potter, or professionals? Is it a luxury product or a more economical model? Could it be a modular piece that could be added to in stages? What will it hold - full size rakes, forks, spades etc or just hand tools, or both? Could the working element (fork/rake etc) be interchangable with a single handle? Think about how that might work (or not) practically. Go to a few garden centres, see how they display their garden tool ranges - notice how some more luxury models are displayed differently to the regular models - what makes the difference? Take photos. Document the research. And talk to a few gardeners - what tools do they use the most? (Me - the secateurs, rake and the bin/wheelbarrow). Make up a simple questionairre, distribute it to friends and neighbours (or their parents!) Perhaps list a couple of rough options to choose from and get participants to choose a favourite, giving reasons why. As good quality tools can lifetime they would be considered naturally environmentally friendly - avoid plastic if possible or practical. Oh and make sure you presention boards & documents are flawless. Check that spelling. Use lots of illustrations and diagrams. Show it’s an amazing product - it should sell itself. As I say, I can't reconcile the dimensions. There appears to be a 2ft ( roughly ) discrepancy across the width of the house. ie, if the kitchen is 22ft long, then I can't make the lounge, Hallway and study fit in to that measurement. The lounge and study add up to 19ft, which would leave 3ft for the Hallway and staircase, so that wouldn't work, and something is amiss. Also, the study is down as 1.45m which isn't 7'10".......I had to make it a rough guide! So, this is what i'd go for as a plan b, following the initial amendment upstairs.................If you did the extension.............it would look roughly like this:- I managed to fix the dimensions, so later i'll put them back on Plan A x

Hi Everyone, I hope you are doing well wherever you are but I bet everyone's busy at this time of the year. I have been a busy bee myself and learned how to use Homestyler but I must say it's a painful and slow process. I have been obsessed with the floor plan of the small flat for the past week as the time has come to finalize it with the new team. We'll be around 2 months behind the plan which is fine. So I made the decision to not have a loft in the small flat because the floorplan I chose seems to work well with loads of storage. Please excuse some of the furniture such as the kitchen and the colour of the large cabinet, they will be white but Homestyler is quite limited so I had to chose from whatever they had in store. Let me know what you think of the floor plan please. I'm happy with it so far. I'll send you links to short panoramic videos Honestlyler created which was a godsend as that'd exactly what I wanted to see, at least approximately how my flat would look like.
