Ditto what Johnathan said above, use a dark grey grout and they should cause any extra work. I've used Walls & Floors before and would happily recommend them, they do them in Matt and gloss finish. Hi Catherine, Although the tiler could have done a better job of grouting (which should be easy enough to clean and tidy up) it may actually be the mosaics causing some of the visible gaps. These mosaics are glued to a mesh sheet which is usually 300mm x 300mm. It seems from the photos that it’s not just the joints from each sheet but also a few rogue hexagons within the sheets that is causing the visible gaps. An expert tiler may repair as he lays but from experience very few are that meticulous and would argue they are not paid to be. Not what u want to hear. Understandably u want your bathroom to be perfect after investing so much time and money in it. But to be honest I think once the grout is tidied a bit (you could regrout in a different colour as well) then you’ll be very happy and it’s one of those things that no one else would notice anyway. Just wondering whether it would look sleeker and larger with your Hex grey on the floor and your feature wall. It simplifies the look cutting down to just two different tiles. The hex grey will still look nice with the slate tray and the black shower surround. I'm not sure if it was an error, but you mention hex grey on the shower wall and the links you give are for black, sand and white. This is the grey Cement grey that can go on the floor and the wall, with the white everywhere else.
