Help choosing kitchen floor tilling...

I have choose my new kitchen its pebble shade more like "light grey",my work top and splash back colour is light coco bolo shade we can say its light oak wood shade,its a complete "L" shape kitchen,i am confuse about the floor tiling which colour is best for modern look,i try to go with same oak wood laminate flooring but its look to much like every where wood colour,work top,splash back....,i want some light colour which colour is best for my kitchen floor tilling to look bigger and nicer please suggest....

Have you thought about getting LVT flooring that looks like stone? It´s water resistant and looks just like real stone. I think choosing stone over wood would be a better choice, since you said you don´t want wood everywhere. We had some nice LVT flooring put in and we got it from this shop called Bricoflor. https://www.bricoflor.co.uk/ It looks really great and with our 3 kids and dog, it´s holding up really well.

As a contrast but to prove the colours work together. We have grey units and cream walls, so yes go for it. I think if you have a darker floor and lighter walls, you'll keep the airy theme. I wouldn't bother with named colour paints from the likes of F&B etc, instead as you want to get the shade right, pick your tile, take the tile and a drawer front to any shop that will mix paint and that offers hundreds of shades and get the pale grey right. It needs to be a warm grey to work with cashmere. I think the phrase now is Greige ( Grey / Beige ).

We would recommend using quartz worksurfaces as these are much more hardwearing and stain resistant and you get a much broader choice of finishes and colours. As quartz is manmade you can easily match tiles and splashbacks and you can also have matching quartz splashbacks as an option. Some quartz surfaces also include a built in anti-bacterial protection. We know Silestone have developed this a formula for this. White high gloss kitchens look great with grey colour surface which is definitely in fashion at present and we see this being the trend for some years to come. You can use a light, mid or dark tone of grey to give you a stylish modern look and feel. Some darker tones may show up watermarks but can easily be polished or wiped out.

Have you considered polished concrete floor if you are so keen on a grey floor? With tile/concrete floor, you might want to consider underfloor heating though. Alternatively, Jordan Andrews supply a whole range of different timber tones and will have a range of greys as well if you check out their website.

I would choose something very close to that deep red/rust/plum (can't quite work out what it is) in the granite. It looks as if that colour is also in the tea towel on the right (hanging on the handle in front of the oven). Everything else is so light I think the room would take it well and it would give it wow factor. You need a warm colour, as someone else has said, to tone with the cream of the cabinets and the granite.
