Hello. I'm not sure to be honest but they look like they might be made by Armac Martin. Have a look here and see if they are. They certainly make similar!

That is down to personal taste really. How much finger prints show up will depend a lot more on the quality of paint than the actually sheen, although to be fair with a french grey you shouldn't have too much trouble anyway. Even more so with a handleless kitchen, given that the point of touch is often hidden from view. In terms of clean food spills off, then a satin finish is easier to keep clean.

Hi, I have very similar coloured kitchen cabinets and went for an antique brass.
