HI Diana, yes we also love this room. Such a transformation, one that we are very proud of. The nib wall in the middle is 1770 (back wall is 3150). I hope this helps.

Hi! Some tips to not make it look like a "waiting room" is to make it very cosy and "alive". I like the dining table in the corner, but it looks a bit empty maybe. What about adding a bench in the corner? You can make a bench super easily with the IKEA Besta units that you just fix together. It is super cheap too, as I know you are renting the house. And then some art on the wall maybe with a nice ceiling light? In the other corner, I would go for two arm chairs for example? This space could be your "morning coffee/reading corner". Again, to make it not look like a "waiting room", I would add a tripod lamp for example, a big round rug, some plants, and maybe a small book shelf. I like the idea of putting a shower in there. Could be useful even just for spraying down mucky dogs, football boots etc. You could have the door opening into the hall to give you a bit more room in there. I would also consider maybe putting the door on the diagonal wall so you have room one side for the sink and the other side for the shower. Out of your various plans I liked the one (I think it was the second one) with the largest diagonal wall.
