Can’t choose new carpet?!

Iv got silver/grey sofas, blue cushions are new, I just liked them and do it like the blue theme. The current carpet is horrid! Pale grey and is just too much grey in the room, iv been through hundreds of samples and have picked out these two carpets, one is just a plain beige and the other is 100% wool Berber beige with a slight fleck. I just can’t decide on which goes better. The walls are all cornforth white but I am painting the back where the fire place is in Hague blue. Could also do with some advice on rugs, coffee tables etc and more cushions

I think the Karndean flooring is lovely and very elegant. If it were my house I would, as suggested by Gabby and Patrina, continue it through to the living room. There are some gorgeous rugs about which you can then use to finish off the room. The Karndean/carpet look seems rather dated, even if you got a new carpet.

Maybe try some of the stone colours, this is Serpentine. Or maybe F&B Mouse’s back Are the decorators happy to paint without scaffolding? if not, I’d get the render painted at the same time as scaffolding for a house this size costs thousands At minimum I’d probably have them tone down the yellow on the quoins, window frames etc Congratulations, looks a lovely house!

Agree with Sonia and Sarah. We are in the middle of a bathroom renovation and it's the first we are doing. We don't have a designer, just a friendly neighbourhood plumber who is happy to instal anything we buy. When I went to the tile shop I liked quite a few. I think I would have saved time and energy if I had gone into the shop clearly with Who will use the room and for what purpose Feel of the room that I was aiming for. Also ensuring that it tied in with rest of the house Budget I was clear that I wanted as few grout lines as possible given that our last bathroom needed a lot of maintainence as the grout needed touching up every other year. The fact that there was a lot of grout meant that the financial outflow for maintainence was higher than an average bath. Quite a few learnings from our current Reno. Hope ours turns out OK and yours does too

It's a hard one. If I had to choose one it would definitely be the berber as it's not a flat colour.

It's hard to tell on the screen, but as long as it's a grey / beige i'm sure it will look great.

You may need to warm up the walls a little, but they may look just fine! You could throw another warmer tone in there like a mustard, that works with grey and brown and Navy for that matter, as would a Teal or Raspbery.
