Small toilet/shower room design/layout advice needed

Hello,
So me and my wife are buying our first home together and have a dilemma/need a suggestion on our toilet/shower room.
We do not want a bath tub, just a simple design shower with probably just a glass without any door. Would be a simple task but there is also a window where the shower would be placed, so we could only place glass from one side.
Problem now is that shower trap, toilet and sink are already placed and there is not much we can change.
Any ideas, suggestions, solutions would really be appreciated!
