*** PLEASE HELP: New layout for London 2 bedroom flat ***
Comments (19)hi - thanks a lot for the ideas, i would prefer to keep a window in each room ideally (idea1), and also I dont like having a bedromm close to the kitchen (idea2). what do you think of moving the bathroom between the current living room and master bedroom? I would have create a small entrance hall as well to avoid facing a wall straight in front of you when you enter the flat, happy to get your thoughts, have a nice weekend, thx!...See MoreNeed lighting / soft furnishing ideas to go with my blue bedroom help!
Comments (7)Great work so far. I love the colour of the blue on the wall, the painting, and the chest of drawers. Are any of these pictures appealing? I'm thinking a bit of yellow would be nice to add or you can just add varying shades and textures of neutrals in the bedding, throws, and curtains or blinds. I've also included a couple with bronze as previously suggested....See Moreawkward space in bedroom- help needed
Comments (55)Hi, in that space I would put a nice relaxing framed print and beneath it a shaker style shelf with pegs to hang pretty scarves or hats or bags. Mirrors are not good feng shui opposite a bed and although shoe storage is great it might be too much between the wardrobes. Pretty colours!...See MoreI need help with my new loft bedroom
Comments (2)Hi there, I'd say you've made a great start with Cornforth White because it's such a lovely calming and understated grey colour. It also means you can go pretty much any way colour wise. If you fancy keeping the room relatively neutral, opt for a relatively simple fabric for the curtains... This simple stripe fabric from Designers Guild would look great, and comes in a number of warm tones https://www.designersguild.com/uk/designers-guild-essentials/fabric/brera-nastro-duck-egg-fabric/p12867. If you fancy opting for something more vibrant, Bluebellgray have some beautifully hand painted linen designs ranging from bold abstract to delicate floral... http://www.bluebellgray.com/shop/fabrics/abstract/ Carpet wise, I think a natural hessian style would look lovely. Hope the ideas help!...See MoreGin
