Comments (9)If you have white tiles, then paint the walls white. Find a stencil that you really like and use the same blue colour to stencil the walls. https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/royaldesignstencils?section_id=7618081&ref=shopsection_leftnav_4 This tongue and groove boarding looks quite heavy in the blue. Will it be balanced by the same feature below the sink?...See MoreBathroom tiles dilemma -
Comments (3)Hi there, What kind of style are you decorating the spaces in - traditional, contemporary, a mix of the two etc? Here are some bright cloakrooms in various styles, tiled and non-tiled, for potential inspiration: If there is no natural light source, whites/neutral colours and spotlights, and light creating tricks like mirrors work well. Adding plants also makes window-less spaces feel less oppressive! Hopefully this has been of some use :)...See MoreBathroom dilemma
Comments (5)Hi Nicola, Great idea to keep a bath in your property for your future and resell value. This type of layout would typically require more space but not impossible. You’d need to move the door to the right to achieve this with bath to the left as u walk in. Is there scope to increase the size of the room into the hallway? If u would like detailed 3d designs of your bathrooms we have our own 3d & VR software. We can provide a complementary online design consultation or from our showrooms in Richmond and Brentford. Once we have created your designs you can view them at your convenience from our BathroomsByDesign VR app (IOS and Android) We deliver anywhere in the UK. Good luck, here to help. If it was dropped to 180cm x 80 cm it could go behind the door with the WC at the end of it facing into the room. I personally don’t like walking into a room with the WC. Directly ahead. Baths under windows are also a nuisance unless you can help it. I’m not sure what style of shower enclosure you’re considering - could the vanity go at the end of it with a mirror over? Sorry, I haven’t got time today to draw it up, but there are other Houzz folks who might be able to, given your timescale is short....See MoreUser
