I love the vibe that you guys are going for I love the stone and the rustic look but what vibe are you going for

This particular house was designed by Lynn Kircher of Doodles and Designs in Ridgway, Colorado. She has a very unique style which I hesitate to name; but if I had to give it a general description, I would say that it is somewhere in the French Country genre. It is very warm and cozy while still feeling incredibly sturdy.

Hahahaha Joanna! Honestly me and hubby have also invested emotion into this. Seems like we are in the same boat, rewire/ installing gas, putting in central heating, all the works basically! I would love to know how it all comes along for you. I wish we could do house tours on houzz for the amateurs like me! Whilst the amazing houses from interior designers and architects are so inspirational, not everyone like me can afford their expertise for first timers and would amazing to see what other first timers have done. Hi. Hopefully the pros will have some ideas but the layout seems a bit tricky re the width, the soil pipe and presumably you want a mirror over the vanity?! It might work with the bath at the opposite end of the room to where it is now and then encase shower and bath behind glass as per pic. Have the loo between the windows but hopefully there's some room for manoeuvre so it can move left a little and have the vanity where the bath currently is. It does mean you're facing the loo as you walk in though :( I might consider a smaller mirror over the vanity with lights and then what's left of the wall on the bedroom door side you could mirror to make it feel wider. Antiqued mirror could look great depending on what other materials you use . What style is the bedroom?

I think it looks very clean and fresh and to keep this look, a very simple update would be an artificial green plant and paint the ceiling and possibly the toilet wall a dark colour and then add the same dark colour handtowel. Change the mirror for a mirrored cabinet if there is room so you can ditch all those loo rolls. Alternatively, as someone else has suggested, a basket for loo rolls would be so much better. Do you have to have a waste bin in such a small space? Good luck

Also the bath filler is very high up but we have a fixed screen to the side and it sits right over the bath waste so doesn't cause an issue as far as we can tell.
