Bathroom layout to fit rolltop bath with shower screen

Any advice appreciated on how to proceed.
I'm renovating the whole bathroom and wanted s freestanding rolltop bath with shower screen that sits flush to the wall. The toilet however has a large soil pipe going in the direction of the current bath so this would be on show.
If I was to move the bath and toilet around, would I be able to fix a shower screen and Is there room for the sink?
I'd love the freestanding bath as that's the look I'm after. Any ideas?
