Hi- just an fyi, I'm American and we Americans do NOT use real wood for weatherboarding!!! 20-30 years ago ppl used vinyl but that had issues, now they use a very strong resin board. No rotting or painting.

OK, I normally do gardens, but here's my take..... You kitchen is very similar to ours, which we've lived with for a few years now. Based on our experience, I'd move the sink to be opposite the cooker, with dishwasher adjacent and a ready-use plate rack over/adjacent (most people use dishwashers these days, so having the food preparation area by the window is more meaningful). You might also want to think about swapping the sink and cooker sides, since the route for dirty plates is from the dining table to the peninsula, to the dishwasher/sink. The peninsula is too narrow - this is where everything gets "dumped", so more surface area, creeping round the corner, will be much more useful: also, instead of a rounded end, a square end with cutlery drawers etc. would fit with the route of flow from kitchen to table. Agree with Ash that moving the door to the utility would work better - clear route of flow from dining area to the door without going into the more confined kitchen space. If you have an american style fridge-freezer along the bottom wall, say, you might want a second, under-unit fridge near the food prep area, for things you use all the time (thus preserving the traditional "work triangle"). Oh, and make sure you have a little spice cupboard right next to the cooker!

I think the smallest size shower is 700 so would probably use that as a minimum although that's for a fully enclosed shower so you could potentially go a tiny bit smaller if stuck for space. It does also depend on your family's size though as to what is comfortable for everyone. I'd also include the niches for shampoo bottles etc if possible

Regarding how much for originals, that really is how long is a piece of string type question. Have a think about how long it would take you to do each one, cost of materials, a wage for yourself etc, look at the prices for similar pieces. But also think about how much you will be charging for limited edition prints as the cost of the print will reflect the cost of the original. So, for example, if a limited edition signed print was £200, you wouldn't sell the original for £300. Prices of limited edition prints depend upon how many you are doing. Personally (and this is purely my own purchasing history, I don't have any knowledge of the artist circumstances so whether they are full time or more of a hobby etc) but I pay around £200 for a signed, limited edition print. The original of this work is around £800
