Show does one go about getting s fitted vanity unit?

Heya. I'm getting my bathroom refurbished and struggling with the vanity unity. Ideally I would want something going the length of the wall. The thing I don't understand is how to customise it. I've come across units but it doesn't have the basin I want or the toilet I want.
How do I buy something online and also have the individual pieces I want? I think I've got my head around the toile, as in you buy the "pan", cistern and WC unit separately. Have no idea how it would work with a basin and table top.
