Comments (34)Hahahaha Joanna! Honestly me and hubby have also invested emotion into this. Seems like we are in the same boat, rewire/ installing gas, putting in central heating, all the works basically! I would love to know how it all comes along for you. I wish we could do house tours on houzz for the amateurs like me! Whilst the amazing houses from interior designers and architects are so inspirational, not everyone like me can afford their expertise for first timers and would amazing to see what other first timers have done. Comments (6)As you have chrome, a chrome shelf unit would sparkle against the gray. With green plants - and if you aren't green thumbed faux plants are soo real these days! So you could go shiny with chrome accessories. Or you could go wood, bamboo with shelf or mirror, and accessories. Comments (8)I would swap the radiator and towel rail for a heated towel rail in a polished chrome finish to add some reflective shine. Leave the shower tiles as they are. Go with the black and white floor tiles that you love but lay them at a 45 degree angle to create the illusion of more width to the room rather than length. From the photo the wall colour doesn't do much for the tiles. I would consider a pale sage or cool stone colour....See MoreHolly C.
