I love the cabinets and the molding! What color are they?

The cabinet finish is Pewter Glaze from KraftMaid. But unfortunately it had been discontinued. The molding finish is Cherry Kaffe. It is also from KraftMaid and is still available.

I just wanted to share my experience because I am on a non existent budget too. I saw a picture of a bench I loved, contacted the carpenter, and he has just made me a birch ply kitchen for a total of 1600 euros, including fitting. (600 labour, 400 fitting, 600 for materials). He has kept his price low for me because he likes the project. I am guaranteed to use him now to build wardrobes, boxes, and shelving solutions as and when I have budget. Sometimes talking to individuals who work for themselves/do it on the side can result in very cost-effective solutions! I am paying 300 euros for brushed stainless steel countertops, and got a belfast sink for 100 euro including the mixer tap. Will send u a pic when it's done but my almost dream kitchen has been possible for like 2000 euros (£1800?) I wouldn't shy away from painting the units yourself as there are many tutorials online to show you how, but it is labour-intensive and eggshell paint on cabinets = drips!! You could always just get white or raw cabinets for now, and paint later when you have some cash? Make sure you use quality brushes if you go this route. Nothing more annoying than little hairs sticking in your lovely paint :-/

Hi Humaira, You could change the doors for a white mat door with a minimalist handle, if you could get all the handles to go the same direction ie horizontal it will keep to the sleek modern look. It will give the kitchen a modern look. The blue tiles will be the perfect pop of colour the kitchen needs to tie it all together. The wooden floor which is existing will add some warmth to the room. Also the free standing appliances won't stand out as much. Hope this helps! LWK Kitchens

God I love your cabinets and worktop - don't change a thing! You could add pops of colours - almost anything will look good as a nice neutral pallet. Do you like maybe a soft lavender which always goes nice with the soft grey-green of cupboards? F&B Elephants Breath has a hint of it. I'm glad to see everyone saying leave cupboards as they are. I took your advice @alyson38 , @Fran and @Raumtastik and here is how it looks so far. I havent finished painting walls which will be SW Alabaster. I am currently trying to decide if I should do open shelving on either side of the kitchen window (I put some blue painter's tape where it would go) or some blinds (in natural wood looking woven linen, bamboo). It needs something there as it looks kinna blah.
