Coastal chic with a twist

A 3 storey town house overlooking the sea. Originally a second home the owners planned to return to it full time once an overseas contract was over. They had tried to manage the renovations themselves from afar and despite completing the bathrooms ran out of energy and time to do anything else. A main contractor was on board when At No 19 joined and our renovation work was part of a bigger picture where windows were replaced etc. The kitchen / diner, utility room, lounge, 3 bedrooms, hall, stairs and landing formed our brief.
