A 1970's property with glorious sea views. Whilst we were responsible for gutting and remodelling the entire property. These initial images focus on the kitchen, bathrooms and other built in furniture. Images of the renovation will be added in due course. All built in furniture including the kitchen is bespoke and spray painted. A car port was integrated into the house to increase the size of the kitchen and entrance hall, the latter allowed us to relocate the staircase in order to add a guest en suite to one bedroom and a walk in wardrobe to another, the latter having services in situ to convert to an ensuite should future needs dictate.
