A 1960's property built in a woodland setting to a Modernist design. It has expansive open plan spaces and lots of large windows. An unusually large entrance hall gave the opportunity to make a statement. The lime green colour scheme was selected to tie in with the glass splash back in the adjacent kitchen. The massive open plan lounge/diner with windows and patio doors on three sides has views over the woodland garden so a quieter colour scheme was selected in order not to compete with its natural beauty. In the master bedroom a photograph taken by a local new forest photographer was made into a mural and bespoke oak tree bookshelves carried through the woodland theme.
