COTY Award Winner: Outdoor Living Addition

Winner of the Region 1 Contractor of the Year (CotY) 2022 for Landscape Design/Outdoor Living Over $250,000, this screen-enclosed dining space offers entertaining and WFH options from spring through fall. Our client sought a bug-free space for enjoying the outdoors. They refurbished their patio, adding a seat wall, and created the enclosed addition for covered dining. An alcove off the room includes a covered space for grilling. The updated, redirected porch offers easy access from the kitchen to the grill and dining space.
