The main structural steel I beam that carries the load for the first and second floor is installed. The exterior foundation walls have been parged (smoothed out), the top course of the concrete foundation filled in and the wire mesh for the concrete floor foundation has been installed.

13 courses of foundation block almost complete.

The Tuff-N-Dri Basement Waterproof system is applied.

The foundation is back filled and the crew is prepping the floor.

- ¾” tongue and groove plywood subfloor is finished.

The windows are in, felt paper applied for the first stage of roofing and the Tivek stucco wrap application is installed.

The roof is complete and the exterior surfaces are being prepped for the first layer of stucco. Tivek stucco wrap is applied to the sheathing and the expanded metal lathe is applied over top.

The front stucco is complete and painting well underway.

Construction complete

The staircase to the second floor highlights the 2¼ red oak strip flooring that runs throughout the entire house.

The Living Room focal point is the Rutherford Heat n Glow fireplace with a Black Absolute stone hearth and facing and custom wood mantel.

The Master Bath features dual sinks set within Via Lactea granite and painted beaded inset cabinetry as well as a luxurious soaking tub, shower, private water closet and 1” mosaic ceramic tile flooring.

The kitchen features Black Absolute granite with cherry beaded inset cabinetry and Bosch appliances.
