Full Renovation of 1920's Home

This 1920's home had a complete face lift, touching every room with updates and reorganized space. Both our Princeton Architect and Construction teams got involved in restoring its charm and elegance.

This living room was completely refreshed with new twelve light french doors, a gorgeous new fireplace moulding with marble surround, refinished fir wood floors, paint and moulding repair.

The fireplace was refurbished and enhanced with the addition of the Pietra Cordosa granite surround creating a modern updated look.

A closer look at the sink area gives you a better view of the white Carrara marble counter tops and windows overlooking the outdoor gardens. The white pendant lights are the perfect touch to enhance this space.

The commercial Wolfe stove is accented by this stunning 6"x6" WMM English Iris Series Collection ceramic tile. This warm and inviting space is achieved through the combination of the painted wood hood, cherry counter tops, fir floors and painted cabinetry.

Two sets of french doors leading to the garden brings a tremendous amount of light into this elegant room. The large box white wainscoting and contrasting fir floors creates the perfect look for this dining room.

This fantastic butler pantry is located at the kitchen entrance. The full height painted green cabinets provide a tremendous amount of storage space and the perfect touch of display with the few glass cabinet doors.

The master bath has a modern feel with the exquisite Hiasa Dark Marble vanity top and open shelving on a Walnut wood - Chocolate wipe stain base. The large glass shower gives this room a large open atmosphere.
