Denmark Hill #128

The property is a Victorian end-of-terrace, 2 storey 2 bedroom home, located in the Camberwell Grove Conservation Area. The property forms the end of an atypical 1920's terrace of cottage style homes, with a very narrow footprint relative to the typical Victorian terraces in the area.

The project comprised reconfiguration of the ground floor, relocating the kitchen in order to reposition the dining area to the rear of the property, with better connection to the garden.

A new kitchen, utility area and bathroom were also provided, together with new finishes, storage solutions and decorations throughout. All ground floor & bathroom windows were replaced, with a new rear access door and additional & increased window openings added, filling the shallow ground floor footprint with natural light.

Our typical palette of materials and standard products was complemented with additional materials and products including IKEA Ekestad Oak kitchen cabinetry and deep-brown cork flooring.
