Our client initially bought a house on a large plot looking to significantly improve the look and feel of the property with particular attention to adding considerable floor space. After initial analysis we concluded that the favourable option would be to demolish the existing property and rebuild from scratch. Thus allowing our client to create their dream home exactly to their requirements whilst offering cost savings in respect of zero rated VAT. The house that we designed is in our signature style of a traditional design with a contemporary twist. This unique style allowed designs to include kitchen to rear, twin gabled front elevation, vaulted ceilings, open plan family room and diner along with three balconies to the rear of the property. A most impressive focal point of the property is the triple height hallway featuring the curved staircase.
