Fox's Biscuits Headquarters, Bately.
Refurbishment of Headquarters Building for Fox's Biscuits, Batley, Yorkshire:
We were commissioned to carry out design work for the refurbishment of the Fox’s Biscuit factory headquarters office building. The first part of the phased development is to completely overhaul and refurbish the front elevation the of the six storey building. The remit was to brighten up and breathe new life into the prominent building’s façade. This new life will incorporate a full clean up of the tired looking exterior, along with replacing all the windows and covering them with a reflective film to prevent solar gain and also to prevent views into offices from outside. There will be new modern signage with a structural frame highlighting the main entrance canopy whilst fully encompassing the Fox’s brand logo and colours.
The next part of the refurbishment involved extending the main entrance to create a completely new reception desk with corporate signage, a welcoming reception area, display wall, TV screen and coffee maker.
The final part of the refurbishment was to remodel the office floor space and create a more modern open plan office with designated meeting rooms with glazed screens.
