This project has been designed to Passivhaus Plus standard. Passivhaus is the German standard for energy efficiency and is achieved through meticulous attention to detail and rigorous design. A Passivhaus will use on average 80% less energy than a house built to current UK Building Regulations. This project is currently on site and should be completed autumn 2016.
