Rebuilding of a very poorly built single storey extension to a ground floor flat. The height was increased and the roof replaced with a flat roof. Internal remodelling within created a generous large open plan kitchen diner flooded with natural light through a flat rooflight, sliding doors and a picture window, with a fantastic connection to the garden beyond.
