Our second project on this beautiful house saw the addition of a Garden Room to this historic building. This allowed us to form a large open-plan kitchen/dining space which is now the hub of this busy family home. The new space opens out on the south facing garden and capitalises on the sea views.

High levels of natural light are achieved through a combination of timber framed rooflight and large aluminium bi-fold doors; with portholes to create a focal point and a bit of fun. The original kitchen was small and hidden in the back of the house. The new space is large, light, modern and thoroughly energising.
